[...] Quote posted by moya im all ears too bro… please enlighten us… i doubt that the fascia stretching 'selling point' is true… there are plenty of guys out there that have had 100lbs plus muscle gains after reaching their natural growth limit, their fascia and skin seemed to stretch perfectly on its own… imo, that is just an excuse… i started working out in my early 20's, reached my full grown height and had been 5'5" 110 lbs for probably the last 10 years… i dont have superior genetics, though i have been able to add over 50lbs of muscle to a VERY small frame… depending on how much food i can stomach, i can get any bodypart to grow bigger, it takes me a lot of food, and im sure some guys that think they are maxed out on size are needing to eat more (not saying they dont eat a lot, but there sure is a limit to how big one will get on 4-5k cal, and im sure even some stall @more than that) im just not buying into the whole muscle fascia deal, so if there is some other theory im all ears… right, it is probably on the same risk level as injecting anabolic steroids… aspiration usually takes care of that… …we need a board sponsor that sells some chalk dammit… no lifting straps, no gloves… but some chalk, ammonia caps maybe some oly lifting shoes… Interesting article by DatBtrue regarding stretching the muscle fascia and the proper use of Syntherol: The Science Behind: ‘Syntherol – Site Enhancing Oil’ | Synthetek [...]
