Here is a routine that will put more Mass on your frame

in Bulk and Strength. Day 1 Squat
Deadlift
Do on Mon - Thurs or Sun - Wed just allow 2 full days of rest between workouts or even 3 if needed. Gauge yourself. 2 warm up sets followed by a set of 3-5 and then a set of 9-11.
