This works great for burning fat & training your heart to recover faster...for those heavy compound moves.
220 minus age times .65 (lower threshold) mines 115
220 minus age times .85 (upper threshold) mines 150

With your heart rate monitor on, on a treadmill, once you hit your lower threshold, raise heartrate to upper threshold (with either speed or incline) then back down to lower threshold, then back to upper, plus 5, then back down to lower, then plus 10, back down, plus15,etc. usually I quit at plus 20, been to plus 30 (puke stage for me).......really works and does'nt take too long, good luck!
